Roy Panton aka The Mighty Ruler, and the other half of ‘Roy & Yvonne’, talks with me about their new album, ‘Moving On’ which features Teddy Garcia’s Combo. Its out now on Liquidator Music. Roy also talks about the early days in Jamaica when he and Yvonne Harrison started out singing and recording Bluebeat, Ska and Rocksteady.
