2019 is a big year in terms of ska and reggae anniversaries, and we wanted to take the next couple episodes to properly mark them. For this month’s episode, we’re focusing on the 50th anniversary of the Spirit Of ‘69. Boss reggae came into its own in 1969, another drastic change in sound for Jamaican music after the smooth rocksteady of the past couple years.
